My journey into the world of wellness started back in 2019 after trying just about every diet in the world. As a certified nutritionist, I've taken a more wholistic approach to health and dedicated myself to translating nutrition so that is can be implemented by anyone.

vibes to help you open up, experience to back it up

Opening up is hard–but it’s even harder in a sterile space that feels like it’s begging you to be prim ‘n’ proper. This shimmery not-quite-a-therapist’s-office? That’s on showing up authentically, colorfully, and in whatever hot-mess-express state you’re in.

But we’re not just coasting on vibes and seltzers from the mini-fridge. As a certified therapist who specializes in grief counseling, trauma therapy, disordered eating, and life transitions, I’m here to stand with you in the mess–then show you how to make meaning of it.

Choosing the right stranger to pour out your heart to can be weird. I get it–finding a counselor isn’t just about their experience; it’s about who they are and how they make you feel.

Why wait till you’re on my (super comfy) couch to do a vibe check?
I’ll spill the tea on me right here, right now.

I’m a pop-culture and pink-obsessed girl who’s always had a penchant for empathy (and the finer things). My friends have dubbed me the baroness of bougie because I’m known to love things that sparkle and shine (diamonds, gemstones, and people, too).

I don’t have certificates hanging on my walls, but I’ve got them if you want to see them. My experience goes beyond what I earned degrees in–I’ve got the life story to back it up, too.

I believe in showing up authentically in session so that you feel safe to do the same. That means sharing openly about the trauma, grief, and disordered eating I’ve been through.

None of us get through life without a rough patch, trauma, or grief trying to steal our shine–but that doesn’t mean we can’t get through it and rediscover our shimmer. I want to help you get there.

The bougiest thing about me:
I’ve got a private nail tech on speed dial

Speaking of authenticity…here’s a splash of that

We can talk all day about my degrees and things. But be for real–the human in you wants to do a little social stalking to sleuth me out, right? I did the work for you–take a peek at authentic me.

Best believe I’m on IG & TT @bejeweledcounseling

What makes me a hot mess:
Don't tell my expensive ass skincare routine this...but sometimes I fall asleep in my makeup.
Somethin’ you should know:
I’m part of a network of therapists who work with unscripted TV cast members.

Fave song lyrics:
Heartbreak is one thing; my ego’s another; I beg you, don’t embarrass me motherf*****.

The alphabet soup of letters behind my name (& why it actually matters)

Vibing with your therapist? Green flag. But their experience matters, too.

I’m a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor who’s been practicing for seven years. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama, and I’m currently finishing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.

My passion? Showing clients how to live their lives effortlessly and make meaning out of the things they’ve been through.

I specialize in disordered eating, trauma, depression, transition, anxiety, grief, LGBTQ, and women’s issues.

Curious about what kind of therapy will go down during our sessions. For the ones who love the details, here’s the dish:

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Radically Open-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
