I’m a pop-culture and pink-obsessed girl who’s always had a penchant for empathy (and the finer things). My friends have dubbed me the baroness of bougie because I’m known to love things that sparkle and shine (diamonds, gemstones, and people, too).
I don’t have certificates hanging on my walls, but I’ve got them if you want to see them. My experience goes beyond what I earned degrees in–I’ve got the life story to back it up, too.
I believe in showing up authentically in session so that you feel safe to do the same. That means sharing openly about the trauma, grief, and disordered eating I’ve been through.
